PROJECT
World Wine Challenge
CHALLENGE
Trinchero wanted to support its wine labels with a new and challenging trivia game based on wine knowledge from around the world.
SOLUTION
Daylight designed and built an interactive wine trivia game using XML and Flash. Then, Daylight customized the game for several Trinchero customers, such as restaurant chains and retailers, based on specific attributes. Finally, Daylight coordinated the game’s physical packaging as well as designed and developed the marketing Web site.
The game launched in September 2007 to widespread acclaim, attention from the NBC Today Show, and strong sales on Amazon. The buzz encouraged Trinchero to extend the concept into a complete wine e-learning program for the company’s larger customers.
LAUNCHPROJECTTAGS
It would be very difficult to imagine a better company to work with...
Daylight Studio has consistently delivered the highest quality on or before deadlines. They are very receptive to change, and all requests are handled in the most expeditious manner.”
